Identifying And Prioritizing Effective Factors On Creating Learning Organization By Using Fuzzy Hierarchical Analysis (Case Study: Headquarter Of Iran Melli Bank)

Abstract. Nowadays, financial institutions are working in a highly competitive and dynamic environment. The more they are faster to respond towards environmental changes, we can consider them as an organization performing better than other competitors. The main purpose of present study is to identify and prioritizing effective factors on creating a learning organization. Research methodology in terms of nature is descriptive-survey and in terms of goal it is practical and applicable. Research population is the experts of Melli bank and Tehran University in field of learning organization. In this research, the researcher has used 10 of them for research. Data collection is through library and field in this research. In fact, the researcher has utilized theoretical literature in order to identify the effective factors of learning organization in this research and for prioritizing, he has utilized paired comparisons questionnaire. In this research, researcher has identified 5 significant and key factors in field of creating learning organization, these factors include organizational commitment, organizational knowledge, managers, organizational trust, and organizational support. Fuzzy hierarchical analysis approach has been utilized in order to analyze the collected data by the researcher. The results of prioritizing is in a way that, organizational commitment has the most weight, or in other word, it is the first priority of establishing learning organization, after that, next priorities are organizational knowledge, management role, organizational support and organizational trust.
