Impact of Culture of Elites of Political Parties on the Political Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract


Political culture of party elites has an important in the political development of the Islamic Republic of Iran as the officers of political parties. Political culture of party elites, with yeast of interaction, discussion, negotiation, flexibility and participation with awareness in the actions and behaviors of the party elites leads to the political depth and development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Realistic and intersubjective political culture of the party elite is among the key issues of this research. The purpose of the research is the explanation and identification of the concept of political engagement of elite leads to the political development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Interactive culture with concepts such as: democratic talks, political flexibility, legalism, political education, peaceful relations and morality, is among the productive factors of intersubjective action in the political culture of party elite. While, the emotional and irrational actions among party elite and governing political groups, omitting the competition and destroying the character of the elite of political parties from the political scene will be the only solution and this issue needs reformation, purification and interaction that the present article analyzes it.
